August 2nd Kaylie Rae's blessing

Once again, most of these pictures are sideways...and I can't fix it.  Anyone know how?
Kaylie was blessed on August 2nd.  She got this little dress from Aunt Cindi and her little pink booties with daisies were made by Grandma Markie Wood.  It's a funny story because after Auntie K was born, she made them for the next baby.  Which turned out to be a boy...Mike....so they were saved for the next baby girl which turned out to be Dave and then James....so they never went to a baby girl.  Well the time came in 2015....Grandma Nickie found them while cleaning out her basement  in time for the appearance of Kaylie Rae.  Therefore, Thank you Grandma Markie!  I'm sure you were looking down on us as baby Kaylie was blessed today in your slippers. Love you!
The men who stood in the circle:  Ben Wyndham, Larry Cook, Mike Wood, Scott Parker, Bishop Mike Farner, Bill Woodland, Brandon Woodland and Uncle Skip Wood-not pictured.
So grateful for this man.  Larry Cook was instrumental in helping Mike come back to the church.  He was such an example to Mike and made him want to change.  Now years later, we have been sealed together and he's got a beautiful wife and 3 wonderful kids.  We know that certain people are placed in our lives to help us grow and become better.  This was one of them.
Ben, Trev and Lincoln came for Kaylie's blessing.  They arrived Saturday night and played till late.  In Sacrament meeting (1:00 pm.) Cody fell asleep in my lap, Decker fell asleep next to Auntie K and later I learned that both Trev and Lincoln fell asleep too.  Play hard, sleep hard!  ;)  We love these guys and just wish that Keila could have come.

We had a few visitors...Jon came to the meeting along with Grandpa Bob.

Angela and Skip Wood came too.  Currently serving in the Seattle Mission presidency.
We took a pic of Skip alone, since we missed getting him in the group picture, and thought we might be able to crop him in somehow.
 Tired boys!!!
She slept through her blessing and during the meeting.  She was passed from Grandma Nickie and Auntie K.
Ben's parents came to the meeting to support us on this special day.  Nick and Judy Wyndham along with their daughter, Tiffany.

I am so proud of Mike and our family.

Some of the blessings that were given to Kaylie during the blessing:
That you will be an honorable daughter.

That you would be strong, spiritually, physically and mentally

That you would have courage in hard times

That you would turn to the light of Christ and always remember who you are - that you are always loved.

That you would marry an honorable husband in the temple.

That you would serve a mission

That you would be an honorable Mother and show love to all around.
She is such a special daughter and we are excited to see what her life will bring!
