3 momth pics

I decided to do Cody's 3 month pics with Decker instead of the monkey this month. They're my boys and I'm so proud! Decker loves his little brother and Cody loves it when he pays attention to him.

Fun things we did during the holidays

2010 Holidays are going to be remembered by the following:
Getting our tree up and decorated by December 1st and with LED lights! Thanks for all the help Jon!
We got our tree for free off of a Free cycle Internet group. Our current tree's stand broke last year so we thought we would at least have a tree stand. Well when we opened the box, there wasn't a tree stand to be found...I emailed the man that gave us the tree and a few days later they found in their other Christmas boxes, we then went and picked it up.

Building a mantle, sewing Christmas Stockings and creating a table centerpiece... Dinners with family...lots of Sparkling Cider

Cody getting to be Baby Jesus in our live nativity skit...
Visit from Adam, Amber and Abigail. Making Walnut and Cereal treats for friends and family and then delivering them all...

Looking at lights with friends...We went to a couple of places that are and will become traditions in future years to visit.

Decker is finally potty trained with very few accidents, but on one of these nights visiting the lights, Mike had Decker on his shoulders and all of a sudden felt a warm sensation on his neck...

The Grinch became a favorite character and story for Decker...

The boys got to wear Santa Clause hats and Bear outfits...

Downtown Bellevue for the Snowflake Lane with all the Drummers and music...

Making a Gingerbread house...
Decker met Santa again this year. Decker and I talked about this meeting before it happened. We talked about him sitting on his lap and a certain question that Santa was bound to ask...I asked Decker what his response would be...

When we got there, Decker did not want to sit on his lap. As soon as the pictures were done and he was far enough away, the question happened and Decker without any tears... said "Cars", Lightning McQueen" and he was done. So cute!

Mike helped some friends of ours build this bunkbed out in our shop for their 4 year old daughter. it was finished Christmas Morning by 11:00 a.m.--before Kylee, their little girl woke up. Amazing!

Snow and sledding in our backyard...

these next 2 are videos for those of you who are reading this in an email...you'll have to go to the blog to see the video of our sled track. :) Super fun!

Our Big Black Friday Purchase...a TV that now hangs over our mantle...

What a fun time! We're so grateful for our family and the joy it brings to be together!
