December visit with Grandpa Bob CDA Dec 27

Some pictures before we left...Love my pink pjs that Mike got me...they came with little matching pink onesies.  ;)
Grandma also got me Super hero pjs to match my Super Heroes.  Teenage Mutant Turtles and Batman.  Pretty Awesome!
We told the boys on Christmas Eve that there was a baby in mommy's tummy.  They couldn't quite believe it at first.  But were excited.  Cody told me he didn't want a picture frame with our new baby's ultrasound for a present.  LOL  I think he was looking for a toy or something more exciting.

Pics from Snowflake Lane.  What a great night...no rain.  ;)  Mike's Movember is looking good.  He's planning on cutting it all on January First.  ;)
We made cookies for Santa.  Lots of decorating...and tasting...

We stayed at Ben and Keila's and we really lucky because it SNOWED!  We didn't get any snow in WA this year so we were pretty excited that we got some while in Idaho.  The boys were holding a meeting in the backyard and formulating a plan...

The boys made some pretty big snowballs... and tried to make snowmen.

Their plan was to cover this shed with snow to make a snow fort.

Dad was showing off his beard, posing for the camera.

There's the itty bitty snowman...

Now the boys had to do some of their own posing like their dad...

Cody got stuck in a tree...Here comes Decker to the rescue.

We had a fun night and had brocilli soup...and Cody liked it!!!!  He wants me to make it at home.

Trev and Lincoln got earphones and mp3 players for Christmas.  The boys had a great time listening to Frozen music and Kidz Bop.  :)
then more snow came...
This is a picture of Cody.  He fell asleep on the couch.  We put this mask over his face...got some giggles.
One night, we went with Grandpa Bob to Lake Coeur d'Alene to see the Christmas lights. Cody liked throwing snowballs at all of us AND eating the snow...dirty or clean.

We came across this bench on the street and Cody says, look mom, a bench...I think it was a novelty because it was covered in snow.

Someone had made this huge snowman.  Of course Cody went to taste it...

It was cold and snowy...and there goes Santa Claus

We tied the boys up with ropes as a leash since the boardwalk was soooo icy.

Then they went for a ride as we tugged them along.

As we walked back through a warm building we found Santa...
And a Big Polar Bear...

Then back outside we ran into Millie the Moose and Mouse.

then we had pizza night at the Wyndhams...
And breakfast the next morning

We went out to see the Eagles that come to feed on the salmon at the lake.

It was COLD!

Then we went to a local hill to sled.  I went down with Cody the first time...then decided it was a little too exciting for me and the baby.

ooohhh!  Decker wiped out!
But they kept going back up the hill

Mike went down too.

Cody let his sled go down solo as he raced after it.  It tripped one sledder who was walking up the hill and then tripped another sledder.

Dog pile!

Going down on the train...

Here's a cute house in the neighborhood.  Santa is the choir director.
And some visitors.

And check out the icycle!
We did a Gingerbread House...Yum lots of candy to eat.

And just a little corner in our house.  A tree grandma Lyon made with little carolers.
Our Family picture that we sent out in Christmas Cards from Snowflake Lane.
We had such a great time in Idaho.  We love seeing how Decker and Cody's relationship and friendship has grown over the years with Trev and Lincoln.  They are BEST Friends!!
