Christmas Eve 2015

It's Christmas Eve...we worked on our Christmas letter, stuffed our envelopes made some treats to gift but never got around to delivering them.  I did some last minute shopping.  Sewed a skirt for Kaylie, just in time to go over to the Todescos for their traditional Christmas Eve party.  They are from the south and have Cajun shrimp every year... delicious!
When we arrived home...we had a visitor...  We didn't make it to see Santa this year and Decker was releived that he came to our house...because he had to tell Santa what he wanted for Christmas.  A Sky Viper--it's a drone remote control... and Cody wanted a WildKratts suit!  He can activate his Super Animal powers with the change of a disk and a lot of imagination.

Little Kaylie did good on Santa's lap too.
 Not afraid it all.  ;)

Then Mike wanted to  show Santa his gun...

They are each telling Santa what they want.
 And a fist pump...
Cody and Decker wrote letters to Santa and put some cookies and mild out for him.
Then they each got to open up one gift...

 Pajamas, of course!

 Then some silliness ensued...

Then we put Kaylie under the Christmas tree...

She got a hold of an ornament and the light outlet.

All the kids were put to bed...it was only 10:30...and grandma and Auntie K came over to spend the night....and we had a surprise visitor!  Santa came to the house!  He even let me take his picture.

He drank and ate our milk and cookies...
read the letters the kids wrote...

And checked on each child and wished them a Merry Christmas!

  Finally at 2:30...off to bed!

There's grandma dreaming of Sugar plums...
Can't wait til morning!!!!
