roadtrip part II September 29- October 4, 2015

We stayed in Las Vegas for 2 days.  Grandpa and Kaylie hanging out.
Decker was eating something....not sure what...
Grandma and Kaylie

We all went to Michael's pool to swim and have Port of Subs.  It was Kaylie's first time in the pool.  I think she liked it!  :)

 grandma came too.

Michael also scored tickets to Mystique for our entire family.  Kaylie stayed home with Grandma.
The boys were mesmorized by the performance!  They both stayed awake the entire time, even though the show started at 9:30 p.m.
Cody in his favorite tree.  ;)
 Grandma and Grandpa Gamble

One of the boys favorite times of day is when Grandma lets the birds out of their cages and fly around the living room.  Then they get to take Sunshine into the bathroom to hold her.
Kaylie's first time with the birds.

She whispered something in Decker's ear..

On our way back to Seattle, we stopped in St George and visited with Mike's old neighbors.  the Vanderleighs.  Not sure of the spelling, but pretty sure that's not right.
They had these old school--can't remember what they are called, but the boys liked building with them.  Here's their creations.

Then we drove to Salt Lake City and visited Uncle James and Lauri.  We got there late, but the next day, Cody, Kaylie and I went to Temple Square while Mike took Decker with him and James shooting.

We went in the Visitor's center.  Since General Conference was this weekend, they had closed the Conference center getting it ready for the thousands who would come to listen to a Prophet's voice.  There was a line up for people trying to get tickets.

Had to stop and feed Kaylie.  Cody got the camera and took a few pictures.
The old tabernacle.
Mike asked Cody to look at the temple doorknobs and to report back to him what they say and if there is a picture on them.

The reflection of the temple in the pool.

Aubree was quite the mother with Kaylie.  She loved holding her.  After Decker saw Aubree walking around and picking Kaylie up by herself, he thought he could do the same.  (They are about 6 months apart.)  Now likes to get her out of her crib and carry her around the house, which still makes me nervous.

Cody couldn't get enough of holding the puppy!
Matthew got his turn too.

There's Kiera!
The light sabers were a favorite toy too.

They wanted to put Kaylie in the dolls crib.  She barely fits!  We also found another pacifer that she likes to suck on.  The GREEN butterfly.
All the girls went to get pedicures and/or manicures.
I think that is a Decker Ninja!
 Chewing on Haylie's finger. YUm!

 Just missing Kiera's manicured hand.

Haylie and baby girl.
Mike got the 4 wheeler up and running again.  Singed the hair on his arms doing it.

Crashed downstairs!
Mike thought these army vehicles were cool.

one more state to go!
