Pics around the house

Guess who had the camera?

 This was our friends motorcycle

Time to read scriptures.  Cody and Decker both have their own.  Decker wrote Cody's and Decker's name on the front page of their Book of Mormons.  Cody loves that he has his name on the front page and is always showing me the name and saying "name".  ;)
Time for Scripture Reading.  Decker is pretty talented...he can read upside down...

Decker is getting ready to go to Las Vegas...boots hat and of course sunglasses!  :)  He cracks me up!
Cody in his bed full of dogs and bears...snuggling in for the night.
Cody and Decker snuggling on the floor watching a movie together.

Here, Cody and Decker are painting some wooden airplane ornaments that I have had for years.  Watch their postures in the 3 pictures...Funny huh?

This was so cute!  Decker asked Cody to come sit on his lap.  Then Decker said, "HO HO HO,  what would you like for Christmas?"  I'm not sure what Cody's response was...just a sweet moment.

Decker slipped on our wood floors and bumped right into one of our bar stool legs.  Quite the bruise!

I love BROTHERS!

Scoot over Chris Evans....here is the new CAPTAIN AMERICA!  I think Decker is so cute in this costume.  When we first got to James's house this is what Decker  raced to...the costume bin.  Isn't he a cute SUPERHERO???
Matthew needed some quiet time...This is the box from Jame's safe.
All set up for Art projects.  Cool Hideaway!

And of course a family picture out front....

Here's the cousins:  Aubree, Kiera, Haylie and their neighbor posed with Decker and Cody.

We went over to Jon's house too.  Here's Breiden, getting some rest after a long night working at a Ruegar Gun Factory.
 Makaylee, Jade and the boys...
 Cambrea...
 Rylee
All the girls...Jade, Arika, Cambrea and MaKaylee
 Rhett...

And we said hi to the chickens before we left.  While we were there, Julie came home from shopping.  Jon was at work, so we missed out on seeing him.

Leaving is hard to do (Thanksgiving)

It's always hard to say Good-bye.  I loved these pictures of Isabel and Cody.  Cody loves to hug and is a snuggle bug.

Thank you grandma and grandpa for a great week!
 We'll see you next time!
It only took about 10 minutese before both Cody and Decker were konked out in the backseat.  Smooth sailing all the way to Nephi!  We stopped there and shopped in the local Joann's since they were having their Thanksgiving day sale of buy one get one free embroidery threads.  Early Christmas present to me.  Then we stopped at Cafe Rio and had the Enchilada style pork burrito and the boys ate their "free" cheese quesadillas. We also met someone in there that had a baby blanket like Cody and Decker's.  We compared techniques.  :)  Mike was so proud of the blanket I made he ran out to the car to show her.  We got to Salt Lake around 10:00 p.m.  Then we got up and left around 5:00 a.m. to head back to Seattle.  What an awesome trip!

Lieds Kids Museum--Las Vegas

Michael Gamble had a great idea for us to do while we were visiting.  He suggested we go play at the Lied's Children's Museum.  There were so many fascinating things to do.  This cylindar tube allowed you to experience 80 mph winds, like what you'd feel in a hurricane.  Grandma went in with the boys.
Mike and I stole a romantic kiss...

Grandma loved playing with this metal cylinder that rotated and you could place other cylindrical wheels on it and watch them spin around and around.
They had this great car where you could change the oil, take off the lugnuts off of the tires, fix the muffler and tons of other things.  The boys loved playing with it and being just like daddy.
Us adults had more fun than the kids with some of the toys.  This huge bubble maker was awesome!  We all took turns making huge beautiful bubbles.
The boys played hard and Cody was out in a flash as we drove home.  So sweet!
Breez and Sophie--cute little cousins!
Let's see how Decker's feet measure up...
Leah's going to teach class today...

Decker loved playing with this luggage check in for the airline.  he had a hard time picking up the luggage and putting it on the conveyor belt.
You're supposed to lift your own weight on this machine. I had to pull Decker up on it.

I love this picture of little Sophie, like she's looking at Mama and saying, "please get me out of here...why?"  and then there's Alex--wickedly laughing in the background... ;)

Cody liked playing in the airplane pretending to be a pilot. So cute!

What a fun afternoon!  so much to see and do!  All the kids loved it!
