Cody's sleeping
During his fourth month, his sleeping patterns started to get better, from waking up every 2 - 3 hours, it started to extend to 4 hours and then 5 and then 6. I was getting very excited.
Then he decided he needed his night snacks again...so it was back to 2 am and 5 am.
Currently he goes to bed at about 8:00 and then wakes at 4 a.m. and then again at 6 a.m.
It's getting better...I think him sleeping in his own room is helping a bit too. I'm still trying to catch up on my sleep. Now I actually have to get out of bed to go get him instead of reach over to the bassinet and pull him into our bed to feed him.
Random pics from the past couple of weeks
Cute Decker taking a bath Decker likes everything that is Cody's. This swing has held up amazingly well.
Cody has already fallen asleep in the high chair...I guess he got bored since he wasn't eating. :)

Isn't he an angel?
Decker is ready for the rain and dad's cereal.
After bathtime in their towels...
We have a new friend. This is Olivia. She comes and plays with Decker while I work. They read lots of books together, play with pla-doh, color pictures and build towers with his super legos. Decker always looks forward to her visits.
We've also started going to the library for story time. It is really fun...Decker has a hard time sitting still during the whole class, but loves going into the library. He found a Buzz Lightyear book the first time we went, so every subsequent visit he hunts for this book.
Cody is four months old
We had Cody's 4 month Wellness check up. 3 Immunizations, 2 shots and one oral--When the nurse came in, Decker asked: "Give Cody shot?"--he remembered last time....When the doctor came in, Decker asked: "Give Cody shot?"--Pretty funny. Decker likes to lay on Cody like a pillow and he likes to suck on his pacifiers. He calls the pacifier "Coee fire".
His stats:
Weight: 14 lbs 10 oz 50%
Height: 25 1/2 inches 75%
Head Circumference: 16 3/4 50 - 75%
This past month has been so fun. He loves his fingers and just studies his hands and fingers and loves to chew on them and often will choke himself with them.
He is a drooler. Decker was hardly a drooler....you'd think he has teeth coming in...not the case.
His bowel system is starting to regulate itself. He wouldn't have a number 2 for several days....4-6 days at a time. And then it would come--blow out--...interestingly enough when I was out visiting customers for work. They were all very understanding though. ;)
We moved Cody out of the bassinet. I struggled with putting him in the crib in Decker's room. Trying to coordinate naps and bedtime was frightening to me, so we did a little rearranging this past weekend and put the crib in "grandma's" room. Cody slept in it for the first time this week. He's getting used to it and sleeping well in it now.
2/14 He rolled over from his back to his tummy this week and seems to like to stay that way because he keeps going to his tummy when I put him on his back.
We brought the high chair back up to the dining room and I would set him in it while fixing dinner or doing the dishes...I'm starting to get excited to feed him cereal and veggies. He already seems interested in our food.
We stayed in our first hotel away from home this month. He slept well and travelled great. It was fun to be out on our own.
He likes to extend his head way back when he sleeps...not sure why, but he does it all the time...pictures to come...
when he was born he would make sounds like a kitten and I still hear his meows. ;)

cody is 2 months
Since Cody is almost 4 months old I thought I needed to catch up a bit....2 month pictures...his hair is really a beautiful auburn! It really shines when he has his green outfit on.
His Stats:
Weight: 13 lbs ... 75-90%
Height: 23 1/4 inches ... 50 - 75%
Head circumference: 16 inches .... 50 -75%

His hair sticks up a lot like Deckers did. Has a mind of its own...sometimes I call him my little Conan O'Brien.
Your accomplishments—You rolled over from your tummy to your back once. It didn’t become a regular thing until you were 3 months old.
Places you went—We went to the movies. You were awake most of the time and big eyed watching the movie screen. We saw “Little Fockers” with Keppi, Jon and the kids.
Special friends you made: On New Years Eve and Christmas Eve you met second cousins, from Sharene, Richan, and Adam's family.
